In September 2017 I added a quantity calculator to the Sushi rice recipe page, to help users get just the right amount of rice depending on how many sushi rolls they are looking to make. The most popular selection world-wide is to make enough sushi rice for 6 rolls. That would be enough for 2-4 people. But what about 20 rolls or more? That’s a sushi party.
