Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, add rice vinegar, sugar, and salt to the rice and mix well.
Place a sheet of nori seaweed shiny side down on a sushi mat or a piece of plastic wrap.
Spread a thin layer of the seasoned rice evenly over the nori, leaving about 1 inch of space at the top.
Place tuna, salmon & tempura shrimp in a line across the middle of the rice.
Using the sushi mat or plastic wrap, roll the sushi tightly, starting from the bottom edge and rolling towards the top edge.
Once the sushi is rolled, top the roll with some fine caviar.
Using a sharp knife, cut the sushi roll into 6-8 slices
