So you want to know how to make sushi?

i work in a high end sushi restaurant as a chef (started about 2 monhts ago) and let me tell you ITS HARD to make perfect high class sushi.... i beleive it when they say " a master sushi chef has minimum 10 years of experience in japan"

Sono un'italiana follemente innamorata del Giappone e della sua raffinata ed elegante cucina. Non ho mai mangiato sushi ma mi piacerebbe assaggiarlo e verificarne la prelibatezza intrinseca. Grazie a voi posso dire di aver compiuto, anche se solo in minima parte, il mio obbiettivo che deriva dalla conoscenza. Ho imparato tantissimo e sarò sempre pronta ad apprendere di più. Grazie. ;)
